XDNET offers SMS text message notifications to customers who choose to receive account and service-related communications by text message.
SMS Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent option during service signup, account registration, or through your XDNET customer account, you agree to receive SMS text messages from XDNET.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving XDNET services.

Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and service notifications.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-In Confirmation
Customers must actively provide consent to receive SMS communications.
The SMS consent option is not pre-selected or enabled by default.
By selecting the SMS consent option, the customer confirms that the mobile phone number provided belongs to them or that they are authorized to receive messages at that number.
Opt-Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages from XDNET at any time by replying:
STOP
After receiving an opt-out request, XDNET will stop sending non-essential SMS communications to that number, subject to applicable requirements.
