By using XDNET services, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable service agreements, policies, and notices.
Services
XDNET provides internet access and related telecommunications and technology services to residential and business customers.
Service availability, speeds, equipment requirements, pricing, and other conditions may vary depending on the customer’s location, selected service plan, network conditions, and applicable service agreement.
Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current information when establishing and maintaining an XDNET account.
Customers should promptly notify XDNET of changes to their contact information, including their billing address, email address, and telephone number.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for notifying XDNET of suspected unauthorized access to their account.
Billing and Payments
Customers are responsible for paying applicable charges associated with their XDNET services according to the billing terms established for their account.
XDNET may provide invoices, billing notifications, payment reminders, payment confirmations, and other account-related communications electronically.
Late or unpaid balances may result in service restrictions, suspension, or termination in accordance with the customer’s service agreement and applicable policies.
Service Availability
XDNET works to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
Service may be temporarily affected by maintenance, equipment failures, power outages, network conditions, weather, third-party infrastructure, emergencies, or circumstances outside XDNET’s reasonable control.
XDNET may perform planned or emergency maintenance when necessary to maintain, repair, secure, or improve its network and services.
Acceptable Use
Customers must use XDNET services in accordance with applicable laws and may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
XDNET reserves the right to take reasonable measures to protect its network, customers, systems, and services from abuse, security threats, fraud, or activities that could negatively affect network operations.
Customer Equipment
Certain XDNET services may require equipment installed or provided by XDNET or compatible customer-owned equipment.
Customers are responsible for taking reasonable care of equipment owned by XDNET and provided for use with their service.
Equipment ownership, replacement, return, and related responsibilities may also be governed by the customer’s individual service agreement.
SMS and Text Message Terms
Customers may choose to receive SMS text messages from XDNET by providing a mobile telephone number and providing consent to receive SMS communications.
SMS communications may include:
- Billing notifications
- Invoice notifications
- Payment reminders
- Payment confirmations
- Account notifications
- Service-related notifications
- Planned maintenance notifications
- Outage notifications
- Customer support communications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or receiving XDNET services.
SMS Opt-In
Customers must affirmatively consent to receive SMS communications from XDNET.
SMS consent is not pre-selected or enabled by default.
By opting in, the customer confirms that the mobile telephone number provided belongs to the customer or that the customer is authorized to receive messages at that number.

SMS Opt-Out
Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After an opt-out request is processed, the customer will no longer receive applicable SMS communications unless the customer subsequently provides consent to receive messages again.

Mobile Information and SMS Privacy
XDNET does not sell or rent customers’ mobile phone numbers.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be provided to service providers when necessary to deliver communications or provide services on behalf of XDNET.

Electronic Communications
Customers may receive account-related communications electronically, including through email, SMS, customer portals, telephone, or other communication methods provided by XDNET.
Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information current so that important account and service notifications can be delivered.
Third-Party Services
Certain XDNET services may depend on or interact with third-party networks, platforms, payment processors, equipment, applications, or service providers.
XDNET is not responsible for independent third-party services or for circumstances outside XDNET’s reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, XDNET will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, network conditions, third-party services, or circumstances outside XDNET’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Suspension or Termination
XDNET may suspend or terminate services when permitted under the applicable service agreement or law, including for nonpayment, fraudulent activity, misuse of services, threats to network security, or violations of applicable terms and policies.
Customers remain responsible for applicable charges incurred before suspension or termination.
Changes to These Terms
XDNET may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or company policies.
Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with an updated effective or revision date.
Privacy
Use of XDNET services is also subject to our XDNET Privacy Policy, which describes how XDNET collects, uses, protects, and shares personal information.
